Kajabi - Why aren't some test emails for a double opt-in form arriving?
Last Updated 2 years ago

This from Kajabi:

Double opt-in messages are critical to a healthy marketing list, and because they are highly deliverable they are an appealing target for spammers. As such, even though double opt-in messages are transactional emails they do not receive special treatment from mailbox providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) when it comes to anti-spam considerations.

An attack known as list-bombing takes advantage of systems that do not restrict double opt-in emails by sending dozens of these messages to a single unsuspecting user in a single day. To prevent this, Kajabi follows an industry standard that restricts double opt-ins to one per day, up to three every sixty days. This is to protect our email infrastructure as well as your email-sending reputation.

Sadly we won't be able to do a workaround for this I can suggest some tips when testing your site.

If you’re working on your opt-in messages and you need to preview changes rapidly, we’re recommending that you utilize the "Preview in Browser" feature. Alternate email addresses can be used, but again it isn't recommended as your email inbox might not realize you’re testing changes and interpret the many ignored notifications as a spam signal.
